Improved hydrogen release from Li[B.sub.0.33][N.sub.0.67][H.sub.2.67] with noble metal additions
Article Abstract:
A substantial reduction in the hydrogen release temperature and smaller N[H.sub.3] output during dehydrogenation of Li[B.sub.0.33][N.sub.0.67][H.sub.2.67] modified by small additions of the noble metals Pd and Pt is reported. It is demonstrated that additions of the noble metals Pd and Pt are highly effective in improving hydrogen release from the quaternary hydride Li[B.sub.0.33][N.sub.0.67][H.sub.2.67].

Chemical activity of palladium clusters: Sorption of hydrogen
Article Abstract:
Samples of Pd/SiO2 with average cluster size of palladium ranging from 1 to 10 nm by different methods, such as incipient wetness impregnation (IW), ion exchange (IE), and sol-gel (SG) are prepared. The dispersion for prepared Pd/SiO2 samples varied with the method of preparation and showed a trend of IW < IE < SG.
